Girl I love u

❤️

The sad part is the little girl she just had not only doesn't have a father but now a mother. I see nothing funny about this. It would be nice to read comments less ignorant from less ignorant people. Remember we all have dirty hands, some would rather play the role of perfection.

😔

Prayers for you and your baby

Prayers for you sweetie and your family and your baby , we need to get help for people. Instead of making fun of them, addictions is hard to treat . I agree we don’t need to condemn people who need help . Prayers for you sweetie .

And FYI Chris Brill she turned herself in

Hope she takes this opportunity to turn her life around!

Good job

Sad prayers with the family. Love you jesse

Omg Jesse, I'm praying for you!!

Kayla Steward

Protect us !

Haven’t heard anything about him for so long and this is what I hear... this is so sad...

Prayers for him❤️

Prayers for healing

Peggy Williams Bauserman do you know what happned??? Did Jesse defend someone in need and get wrongfully charged? I would love for you to explain what happened since you think someone did a "good job".

lol @ defend someone and get wrongfully charged...yeah, happens all the time

Prayers buddy!!!

Jesse is the kindest soul you would ever meet. I'm proud to call him my brother. He has always been there for me whenever I needed him and has helped so many others through rough times. I find it deplorable that the Shenandoah Sheriffs Office has plastered this on social media and people are making him out to be guilty before he could even have his day in court. To the people who are saying that this is a "good job" by the police department and are making him out to be a monster please keep your reservations to yourself because our family is feeling strife over this situation and we would sincerely appreciate negative comments from people who do not know him to be kept to yourself. To the people who do know how amazing of a person he is and is close to our family please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Those of you judging my brother based on something you see posted online clearly don't know him. Jesse is one of the sweetest, loving, kind hearted men I know. All of his nieces and nephews adore him. He would do anything for anyone. If you don't know what happened, please keep your comments to yourself. Innocent until PROVEN guilty right? Jesse would NEVER hurt another living being unless someone attempted to hurt him or his family. We wouldn't be on here defending him if he was in the wrong, so back off

from all the positive posters on here, i expect all of you are raising funds to get him a real lawyer instead of the public defender he has been assigned .. right ?

Jesse is the kindest person. Praying he gets through this.

Doesn't sound too innocent, with felony strangulation and malicious wounding. Everyone saying self defence?? Well let's hear the story of what happened, obviously you already know, plus why didn't he just call the cops or leave wherever he was at?

Haven’t seen this dude in years but was always super nice and stayed to himself anytime I ever interacted with him. Something seems odd about this. Keep his head up Trent May and Braden Miller

If the people reading all this don't learn anything else, learn this, if you attempt to perform self defense or defense of others or in some manner restrain another pending law enforcement intervention, STAY AWAY FROM THE NECK. No choke holds or other restraint that involves the neck. i see more and more people charged with this new crime effective July 1, 2012 to combat domestic assaults, and now applied more and more generally outside domestic assaults. § 18.2-51.6. Strangulation of another; penalty. Any person who, without consent, impedes the blood circulation or respiration of another person by knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully applying pressure to the neck of such person resulting in the wounding or bodily injury of such person is guilty of strangulation, a Class 6 felony. This is an extremely serious charge, and self defense or defense of others may not preclude you being charged with this.

I've known jesse for pretty much all my life. Hes always been so kind hearted . Praying for you buddy!

This is bulls-----t he went to work that day and was at my house after work and for another people don't know the story or if it happened or what so people with negative and don't know needs keep there lips shut. Jesse would not hurt a flee. Holly Forbes call me I'll message u my number.

I've known this kid and his family for almost 20 years. He is a good person and I GUARANTEE there are some facts that are not being told. Wait until everything is out before trying to crucify a good guy. Haven't seen him in a bit but I'm praying for you Jesse Miller that everything gets sorted out.

Samantha Luttrell and Tracy Ingram must be related. They share ignorance. Must be a family trait!!!

Anna I've been around this boy for lots lots years and I think Shenandoah county sheriff is doing him wrong. What are they going by did they see him do this. No is this hear say I would say it is.

Cheyanne Brown

Samantha Luttrell I pray for your ignorance. My brother is a hero while you are over here playing keyboard warrior with your low self esteem an innocent man is being held in a jail cell. While I’m over here trying to protect your freedom you are talking bad on one of the kindest people on this earth. The guy who made these allocations is a drug attic with a criminal background for charges way worse then this. You wouldn’t know because you don’t even know the situation and you are just talking bad on a good man because you have low self esteem. I understand that it’s easy to put others down when you have your own issues that you can’t over come. I hope you have a nice day and can get through whatever issues you are dealing with internally.

Hey Derek!!!

Who cares just stay home and u don't have to worry about it then

It would be awesome to actually see the laws enforced. In the county yesterday while trying to work had three people walk right out in front of our work truck. One man in a red Ford Explorer drove from Edinburg to Woodstock with his hazard lights on. He had at least five cars behind him. He would drive the speed limit until he saw someone selling something. Then he would come to a complete stop in the middle of the road so he could see what was being sold. He did this the whole way. Not a police officer in sight.

Such a bs charge..yay for taking him off the street but just because tour caught with weight doesn't mean you manufactured it..especially heroin ...

All for money. The root of all evil. 😥

What's the purpose of putting these mugshots and charges up? I cant imagine this helps anyone.

Maybe we should buy him a steak dinner.

Don't get me wrong, I'm totally down for posting pics like this on social media, but can we do that upon or after ACTUAL CONVICTION in a court of law? I'd hate for the Sheriff's department to be the recipient of a slander lawsuit if someone got a really good lawyer that somehow got him off the hook.

Thanks for getting another dealer off the street. Oh and people give up on that innocent till proven guilty stuff! If that were truly the case you wouldn't be in jail till convicted by a judge or jury! And you would have the same resources available to you that the Commonwealth has. If you are arrested there's a reason for it! Then it's up to you to prove Innocents!

Good job

What does these people do for a living?

Glad he’s off the streets!!

That's so true Sabrina bc it will be impossible for those who travel for work

Another good life ruined by drugs!

Justin Polk Angus Franklin 😳😳

If you are going to post her, offer her a different option besides jail. She should have been taken to treatment immediately.

Thats the problem they want to treat drug addict as if they are bad. They need help. I mean they are labeled as. They have a illness so trat them as they do

Brant Bruno

Sarah Elizabeth Kennedy😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂

The day attorneys actually start fighting it the way they should is when we will see change. Addiction is nationally recognized as a chronic disease. So, how do you punish someone for having a disease?

Brandon Garrett what iz it you find funny???

Travis Utley i so agree with u nice they taken the drugs off the street but they are not helping the people

I see comments about her babies. Some of you may wonder why a person with kids does drugs. Specifically women. Because...this is an addiction. A disease. It takes over the logical part of the brain so that what drives behavior is anything that will get the person more drugs. Chasing that next high. They need rehab. Help. Jail is temporary involuntary detox, which is good for a while. But until prolonged psychological assistance through a good rehab facility is given, and new thought/behavior patterns established in association with solid after-care support, the addicted person is likely to go back to old ways. And in the end, nothing changes.

Oh no, the yellow hoard is coming.

Reckless Driving in Virginia Virginia Code 46.2-862 makes reckless driving a class 1 misdemeanor. It's a serious criminal offense. Potential penalties include six DMV points, a fine of $2,500, a jail sentence of 12 months, and a license suspension of up to six months.

Stops need to be consolidated in some places. It's aggravating to driver's when buses stop 100 ft apart from each other!

Things to remember:

* Approved life jackets more- www.dgif.virginia.gov/boating/ or equivalent flotation devices should be worn or in the kayak, canoe, and boat when in the water.

* Let someone know of your expected start and finish time and where you will be putting in and getting out of the water.

* Do not over crowd. Meaning use common sense with the amount of people you have in your kayak, canoe, and boat.

* Whatever you pack in, you pack out. Keeping the waterways clean so everyone can enjoy a beautiful day on the river. More info can be found at Friends of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River.

I am so sorry you (and the town) has had to go through this flooding again! It’s time to correct whatever is causing this damaging flooding before we have more property damage or someone is hurt.

Hopefully your move is close. You all deserve better quarters.

Helped to clean this up a few times, will be happy to see the Sheriff dept in your new building 👍

who knows when the power is coming back on

You shouldn't have to deal with that! Glad you will finally be getting out of the dungeon soon

I’m glad you are finally getting a new building. It’s a shame to work in such conditions.

I notice the big building structure of you new home coming together.Better than get flooded. We got two little showers.

We love ya Triciann Love

The fact that Shenandoah county sheriffs office will allow some of the blatantly prejudiced and racist comments to remain out of “respect for the first amendment” is sad. But what’s worse is the fact that some of you felt compelled to make them in the first place. Your lack of education is showing. Some of you rushed to make your disparaging comments so quickly you forgot proper grammar, spelling and even tried to use “educated phrases” but used incorrect words to form them. Sad.

Another great job !

she got what she deserved

I pray all you racist people end up with mixed grandbabies!!! Absolutely disgusted by a lot of the comments !!

Makes me so hurt to think I live in a community where it’s seen as OKAY to make mean and hurtful comments about someone just because of their race. My hearts going out to this lady and her family I’m sending positive vibes their way 💚💚

Y’all hate on her but when a white rapist is arrested y’all sayyyy NOTHING funny hun

y’all a bunch of racists, who raised y’all?

There’s a simple solution to all this unnecessary slamming. Don’t follow their page. The sheriffs department does their job. Kudos to the sheriffs departments for doing their job.

Sad immature comments

well i reviewed every comment here and can't find one racist comments anywhere, so i suspect that this is part of the same old tactic to squelch public comment and first amendment rights, shame you into silence by CLAIMING you are racist if you post talk comment, sorry that s&*^ dont play here homey

Some gullible people out there if you think your SS# can be “frozen”.

Just got this call

THANKS FOR THE INFO!

I got one of those message sometime ago. Deleted! I go on line to SS and check mine.

Both my husband and myself got this call yesterday on our cell phones.

They are also dubbing it where the SSA phone number shows on the caller ID

Just got this call. They left voicemail saying ss# suspended.

Start keeping them locked up and keep them off the streets. Disgusting how their not happy killing themselves, they have to get others addicted

We need a really good rehab center here!!

Everyone thinks addicts are terrible people , when in fact they are just broken and sick people. Stop hating and addict because they are sick, trust me they already hate themselves. Instead of letting them back out to keep getting high an selling to support their addiction why don't we force them to do 90 days of a real rehab and not just attend meeting. Pray for those who are struggling because that same drug addict you wished harm on could be the same recovering drug addict that saves your child!

Many do get addicted and when they try to get help..there isn't much out there..Unless you have 40 to 50K to spend for 3 months..of help. Not to say that that will help or get you where you need to be.

Prayers for healing!

Stupid

Keep your head up . it will get better addiction sucks but you can beat it .you got this

Not speaking of any specific person, but you cant help anyone that doesnt want help. If they wanted help they wouldve already seeked it somewhere.

Millenials are not gonna work for a living and be productive people

Guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree then huh!

its the area we live in nothing to do and right outside major citys. and i know its just not this area its nation wide but i bet any place where you're a hour or so away from a big city and nothing at all to do for the youger crowd its going to be just as bad as here

Oh baby!!

Great work

Hahahaha

Is no fugitive from justice!! It’s charges from 2016 from wva! So def not a fugitive when wasn’t here to even go to court !

Is he ever gonna learn them babies need him

A fugitive from justice? These charges are old! He wasn’t even able to attend court and he even checked in with them when he was released! Just another way to stir up stuff in good ol shenco! Smh. Post stuff that is accurate and the truth! Maybe edit this and say the charges are from YEARS ago.

3rd offense?? Lol what about all the other assaults he was locked up for?? Maybe his 20th offense. The law system is severely jacked. Just like the guy that was arrested for meth... AGAIN! Whats it going to take? Them killing someone to get locked away for good???

The laws on the books only go up to 3rd offense so every time he gets this charge it will say that. It used to be that you either learned by the 3rd time or you went to jail for a long time. But now people like him only get a slap on the wrist for beating up women. He'll either end up killing someone or they'll kill him

Fugitive from justice?!? He was in jail for 3 years. If WV wanted him they should have been in Va to pick him up when he was released. Get your facts straight. The court systems in Shenandoah county are straight trash!

Legally he had the right to fight these charges in jail. I see a lawsuit against Shenandoah coming soon. I’m going to add that what he did was not right, but no sin is better than another, so before you judge someone look at your own daily sins.

Domestic assault, 3rd offense!!!!! Let that sink in. That means this punk has beat a family member that he had an intimate relationship with not once, not twice but 3 times. Y’all still think a piece of paper is gonna stop douchebags like this. Our court system is failing everyone. While they are putting people caught with marijuana in jail, they are letting violent offenders walk and their victims left with a thin piece of paper to protect them.

The Face tattoo really makes me believe he is innocent

Well according to half these people, he’s clearly an upstanding citizen 😂😂

This young man is my cousin. The boy has major trauma and alcohol issues. If any of you all have an issue and think you are slick casting them stones in a glass house come see me.

This is a perfect example of why our justice system is so messed up, they hit me with a capias when I was locked up for not showing up to court but they're the ones that didnt come get me.. smh I hope it gets figured out

Marcus Kibler-Tolliver keep your head up high we will be praying for you buddy your not a bad person your a great father and great person....

👀👀👀👀

Just pray for him

Prayers

Prayers for his family and children. No one deserves to be judged for their mistakes. Marcus isn't a bad person, and is aware of the damage and issues he's caused/created. I wish you the best.

Love you bro MarcusTolliver bunch of clowns on here but like free wifi its cheap to talk

Wow
