Prayers!! For God’s will to be done in his life!!

Why use facebook as a tool of your job?

Well said Teresa Shifflett, nobody knows what families have been thru, my heart goes out to him.

If a criminal they should use any means

There's a warrant out for his arrest. No different than posting picture in the Post Office. Law Enforcement making good use of social media. Don't want your picture and business posted? Don't commit crime.

He's a non/ violent offender that missed a 5 mintue P.O meeting...

Define criminal? Any laws broken? That would be all of us right?

Whether violent or non violent he must still give an account for his actions

Little soap and water. She would clean up. Such a shame.

She was my supervisor at Taco Bell while I was in high school! She hasn’t aged a bit.

WTF!!!

She looks like she needs help ... sad people let drugs drag them down and before anyone starts judging you have no idea the demons someone else is fighting . & I have no idea who she is she just looks like she needs help

Rockingham County Deputies conduct three 90 minute Women’s Self Defense classes. The classes are three consecutive days set up for basic and more advanced self-defense skills and the entire class is hands on life saving. The classes contains components such as how to better personal awareness, defend against aggressive attackers, how to strike, punch and kick. An instructor will wear a padded “red man suit” on the third day so that students can use the skills they have learned.

And rockingham co don't even know why he has half the charges on him... So be fun to know

Nabbing this perp was a service to all of mankind.

Thank you RCSO! Glad he’s behind bars!

Finally they caught him! You would think at his age he would make better decisions! I hope he has learned from his mistakes so that he will not hurt anyone else in the future!

He missed a court date due to being in the hospital and failed to have a good court appointed attorney to let the judge know this.. And than he was at uva for months and rehab for months and wasn't medically cleared for jail yet... Now the rockingham co jail will pay for his doctor appointments and rehab and therapy ....

Thanks for nabbing him.

He hasn't been in trouble for years and years he was helping Mr Green clean up a house these ppl broke windows doors steps and we was going to put up cameras and this man came at my dad hit him from behind broke his finger and my dad had enough this man is about a foot taller and 50 some pounds and an old man had enough and broke his nose.. Oh well don't mess with ppl you think isn't going to take you.... It's all good God knows what happened.... The courts and and whoever else don't have to believe anything God's is the man

I am sorry this guy is not medically cleared to be in jail .

You'll should know the facts and speak the truth because you'll dont know this man he is a very good man so quit lying when you know the truth

I have known him and worked with him for 5 years and this is completely out of character for Frank. He is hardworking. working OT shifts and a full time nurse practitioner student making solid A's across the board. As long as I have known him he has been the most polite, giving, understanding person, never says anything negative about anyone or anything. Finding the silver lining in every situation. This comes a complete shock to all who know him. I just wish people would stop judging him without knowing who he is a person and only by his picture. Shame on you. Maybe he is on drugs and I'm wrong, but until further details are revealed, there is no reason to continue with the ignorant and unfounded statements/posts.

It takes time to apprehend people who do crimes unless they are caught at the crime scene. The Sheriff office aren't NCIS or Law and order. Glad they caught at least one of them. They'll catch the others involved.

Clean the Branch from the meth and save the community!!!!Simple as that.Glad no one was hurt.

A home invasion in Rockingham County!!?? What kind of big city BS is that. Make that crackhead give up his buddies or turn him into buzzard bait.

Glad they got him

Thanks for getting him off the streets. Great job!

Great job Rockingham County Sherrifs Dept!! Thank you all for a job well done!

This man and his wife lived in my home for the majority of 2014. I sincerely believe drugs do not have a play here.... mental illness is more likely; along with people that they’ve gotten involved with.

Is there an update with more information on what actually happened?

Should have just shot him

Wow! How do you guys know he is on something? You don't know him, it may not be at all what you think. Everyone one of you are judging him and you don't know him nor what happened. If you are christians, you need to step back and take a look at yourself! A sin is a sin! I know him, he does not do drugs, he made a mistake and is now scared to death! I hope you never get judged by your photo or expression.

Trey Gaither

so why not get people with addiction help instead of locking them up and not fixing the problem u know just my opinion ok

It's just not in the branch it's everywhere

Wow.....is he methed out or what JoynDustin Stroop !!! Smh truely makes sense

Amanda N Allen Smithh

Kim Rogers Wallace

Jason Coffman

Wow, he is wired...his eyes tell a story!

He has to be on something because normal people wouldn't do dumb crap like this.

Have you ever had a loved one that has an addiction? Think about it? It's a sad thing. What he did was wrong, and he needs to pay for it. But he needs help, sadly he may not get the right help.

Megan Simmons Rhodes

Jessica Reeder my next door neighbor....😩

Shannon Elyard Airey

Now tax dollars will medicate him, house him, feed him and clothe him for MONTHS....sure he's off the streets but now society is STILL paying the price.

Congratulations to the latest graduates of the Rockingham/Harrisonburg Crisis Intervention Team Training. The 40 hour training enables officers to more effectively communicate with and understand the particular needs of individuals with mental illness. Such individuals may come to the attention of law enforcement and jail personnel due to exhibiting symptoms or behaviors that are misinterpreted as criminal in nature. This is a current investigation. Out of respect to the families of the deceased, who are friends of mine, please stop asking for more details and instead send prayers or positive thoughts

It would be so wonderful if people knew how to honor a devastated family rather than stirring all kinds of gossip and saying hurtful things about Something they have absolutely no real knowledge about. Trying to decipher “why this?” And “why that?” about a family that has suffered one of the greatest tragedies and shocks imaginable! Pray for them! Love on them! But for goodness sake quit pointing your fingers! Put yourself in their place!
