This is a good time for each of you who find these accusations revolting to donate to the Valley Childrens Advocacy Center. They are a non-profit that must raise funds every year in order to provide necessary services to the victims and to provide forensic interviews for the investigations. They handle close to 500 abuse cases every year in Staunton/Augusta/Waynesboro.
If you are angry that people would do these things to a child, then you need to support those people that are working every day to stop it.
Donate $10 per month. It will help.
And the community was worried last year about strangers supposedly following them in Target! SMH

Oh that's too bad. A great event to create awareness. I always found them to be fun and what appeared to be good for the businesses on the street.
Sorry there isn’t a parade this year in Stanton what happened?
I’m glad to hear the festival will return in the future and thrilled to read that consideration is given to the local businesses that might suffer due to full street closure. I can’t wait to go next year!
Cheyenne Hareford Lacy Elizabeth Hinegardner kinda upset but also excited for next year 🤷😍😂
The sad thing is we wouldn't need one at all if people would learn to accept people for who they are or just mind their damn business!! 🤷🤦

Very sickening to know this has gone on that long!
It seems to me it’s always the “well” known community members who do this type of stuff and prey on innocent children who believed he had good intentions of being his mentor. I say put em down like a dog save the dogs and cats and kill the pedophiles.

Why in the world would she have to bare both breast to feed a baby.. its just an eexcuse to show. Ive breast fed my children. I never had to show a thing to feed my babies. Its a private and special time for mom and baby and special people in their live. It's not for public viewing. I don't care what excuse you give!
I am a mother that has breastfed for 17 months, I have had to sit on a dirty toliet seat in a bathroom stall to feed my baby because I have felt like it wasn't the place. I have had to fight my baby while she was hungry to keep her covered. It's ridiculous that there are places and times I have felt the need to do this, it's situations like this that make me sad and mad at the same time. If anyone ever approaches me and tells me I cannot feed my child, be prepared. That's all I have to say. I will not cover my baby in a blanket to eat in heat.
Women’s breasts were created by God to breastfeed. If you don’t want to see a woman breastfeed, turn your head.
Omg...its not like men have never seen boobs!! There are women that wear bikinis that pretty much u can see everything!! So what's the difference?? Grow up ppl!! Its just a boob!! Shes just feeding her son!!
this world has gone mad, breastfeeding has been around for years and its only natural for a woman to feed her baby...
A coverup would be nice so people who don't wanna see breast in public. Come on people. If you cant have your breast out any other time then why should it be ok to breast feed.
Breastfeed away! That is what they are for!
Wow, just wow! Then for the officer to tell her she can't have her "ti*s" out all the while in uniform, wth!? In all 50 states you can legally feed your child, and no you DON'T need a cover up. If people don't like it, turn your head away, it's rude to stare anyway.
She shouldn't have left. She did nothing wrong. She is PROTECTED by LAW to feed her child whenever, however, and wherever she chooses...covered or not....no matter anyone's opinion on the situation. If you don't like it, don't look. I highly doubt any of the people there at the pool were paying any attention to what she was doing anyway. The manager is the one who made the situation "a big deal". The police officer is ignorant to the situation too.
It's legal to breastfeed in public in every state. A cover up is not required.
Don’t young boys go to water parks? What is wrong with a little modesty instead of yelling for rights all the time. A mother also has the right for her young teenage boy not to see boobs hanging out and yes I doubt he’ll look away.
That is just insane.
Being topless in general should NOT be illegal! Free the female nipple!
Why both boobs out though?
I agree she should be able to feed her baby that is what breasts are for, however there was no reason for her tho have both breasts out the baby can't nurse on two boobs at once.
Women should be able to nurse their babies wherever but they make those coverups for a reason.
Funny, in the interview, and original story, she says the cops came but SHE decided to leave, they didn't make her.
To those who think primaries in VA are swung by the other party because our primaries are open-
VPAP (non-partisan) had an article about this today: examining the highest crossover voting in the past few cycles, the highest two crossover votes had 14 percent voting in the opposite party's primary. The average is about 8 percent.
So taking that into account, Avoli won by 20 percent and Hanger by 15; therefore even if the local turnout somehow had a record turnout today, it wasn't enough swing to make a difference.
Interestingly enough btw, the highest two crossover primary's were actually Republicans voting in the democratic ones.
This is great!!!!!!!!
Great for all the Democrats that voted in a republican primary.
I am a Democrat but i admire Hanger and want him as our senator
Shame about Hanger...he's more Democrat than Republican
He walked right past the ROTC offices every day he was in college too.
I don't quite know what I think about his strategy. I feel like he came out during a bad economic time and didn't accommodate for that, and also didn't give things enough time to work. If he's found success working in Ukraine, that's great, but it does seem like a series of rash decisions led him there.
Also he read The Great Gatsby in high school and THAT informed him on the American dream? Gatsby was a fraud, a front for a crime syndicate and a stalker. (Who else buys a house across the water from an old flame?)
But his debt still exists... running away hasn’t necessarily resolved this for him.
If a democratic gets elected in 2020 he can come back because everything will be free. I’ll just keep working until I’m 100 to pay for his debt. 🙄
I hope that people surround her with love as she fights the demons of addiction. I pray her love for her children comes through as I know she will struggle with the choices she made until she draws her last breath. I pray that more people view her as Jesus and God does, not excusing her choices but knowing that this is not a black and white situation. One can sit with accountability and mercy. Sending love to all those connected and all the emotions that are being experienced
Tina Zirkle, you are very sweet.
Yes, the crash completely turned our life upside down. Nine months later, Steve Hardy continues to deal with challenges due to the injuries Ms. King caused him. Since you visited us in the fall, he has done an immense amount of hard work to regain use of his arm, hand and leg. I’m so proud of this guy I married! He’s not 100% and most likely won’t ever be again, but he is done with wheelchairs, walkers, & canes now!
He said to tell you that his recovery is completely due to that wonderful Thanksgiving dinner you guys brought us while we were in the worst of it. 😀
Truthfully, without the support of our friends, family, and community, I don’t know how we would have made it this far. When I think about the outpouring of love and support we’ve received, it brings me to tears. We are blessed to have people just like you in our lives!

Love yoy baby girl Jesus has got us love you always
Sad she use to be so pretty
What a shame. Ppl loving them drugs more than their own family. 😥
Only 40 years 🤔 ain’t that something. Smh
Eh. She can, and should, burn in hell
She deserves everything that comes at her.
I feel for her in a way becuase I am sure now after being in jail and her body finally clean of the drugs that she wishes she could have the chance to trade her life for her family that she is responsible for taking the life from. And the pain and problems of the others involved in the truck she hit. She shouldn't be seen as a victim
But I do not in any way feel sorry for her for the consequences she is now facing because of her choices. She deserves everything that is handed down to her. She does not deserve any forgiveness from the courts.
Drugs are the devil and drugs are a terrible problem in all of Augusta county.
The 85 basketball team was ranked weekly in the USA Today top 20 poll of of best high school teams in the country. 86 volleyball also would be there.
I love this soccer team, and they are definitely in the discussion. Mind-boggling stats over last two years. The mid-80s Lee boys' basketball team, the mid-90s' girls basketball teams and volleyball teams have to be in that discussion. If I remember correctly, there was a year where the volleyball team had three or four Division 1 volleyball players, and at the same time the girls' basketball team had four or five college level players, too. And this soccer team falls right in line with the other dominant teams to come through our school.
